Browsing and anonymous counts

You do not need an account to browse. Nashville Rounds records aggregate pageviews and clicks on official links, directions, and ads. The application does not store visitor IP addresses, visitor IDs, or browsing profiles, and does not use analytics cookies. Counts are approximate interactions, not unique visitor counts. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected by the site’s analytics.

Forms

If you submit a round, correction, contact message, or advertising inquiry, we store the details you provide so the site owner can review and respond. Your email address and message are not published automatically. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests for delivery and security, including short-lived rate limiting. Its infrastructure may process IP addresses and security logs under its own privacy practices. Admin sign-in uses Cloudflare Access and approved email addresses; that process can set authentication cookies.

External links

Instagram, Facebook, organizer websites, Google Maps, Apple Maps, and advertiser websites have their own privacy policies. Those services receive a request when you open their links.

Advertising

The current site supports labeled direct business ads and sponsored placements. It does not load Google AdSense or other third-party ad tracking scripts. If that changes, this notice and any necessary consent controls will be updated before those scripts are added.

Retention and requests

Submission records are kept while needed for review, correspondence, and directory maintenance. You can use the contact form to request correction or removal of personal information you submitted. Aggregate counts do not identify individual visitors.
